Politics aside, we do not understand how the 14th Amendment's restriction (to hold office) on elected officials or public officers who participated in a rebellion against the U.S. does not apply to Donald Trump -- unless one man is, indeed, above the law.

Colorado believes The Constitution of the U.S. The Supreme Court of the U.S. will not be able to duck this issue.
