Stephen Foster

Preston Foster is the founding President & CEO of
WhatTheyShouldSay.org, Inc. Mr. Foster is the Assistant
Professor and Program Director of Public Policy at Oakwood University and is also a regular panelist on WJOU’s monthly issues and policy radio program.

 

Preston is the former Chief Marketing Officer for Educational Testing Service’s (ETS) Interactive
Marketing Division and also served Executive Director of
Communications & Public Affairs at ETS in Princeton, NJ. 

 

Foster served as U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of Education in the Clinton Administration and also won a White House Fellowship in 1994. Foster spent his early career years as and National Account Executive at AT&T.

 

Mr. Foster holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the Kennedy School at Harvard and, also completed executive studies at the Wharton School of Business. Preston holds B.S. inBusiness Administration from Oakwood University.

Stephen Foster is freelance writer and policy advocate. Stephen retired as an advertising executive from AT&T.  He began his career as a Business Analyst with Dun & Bradstreet. He has a degree in History from Oakwood University in Huntsville,Alabama with graduate work in communications, journalism and religion at AndrewsUniversity.

Stephen writes on current and public affairs, focusing on electoral politics, the separation of church and state, and religious liberty. He has served as a lay member
of the North American Division Committee of Seventh Day Adventists and is, currently, trustee of Oakwood University.
