"Critical Race Theory." "Defund the police." These are political gifts given from tone-deaf progressives to conservative Republicans (this is not an opinion, it is what Republicans ran against). If you have the right policy, but the wrong words, you will never get to implement your policies. Intellectual vanity is synonymous with ignorance -- and is, literally, counterproductive.
