Defining Rhetoric

Defining rhetoric: Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida, a front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination, is the leading opponent of "woke-ness." When asked, in court, to define what "woke" means, the governor’s general counsel, Ryan Newman, said “woke” means “the belief (that) there are systemic injustices in American society and the need to address them.”

This is what they are against.
